Rotation viscosimetry, a simple and easily reproducible method, has been employed in studies of the gastric mucus rheologic characteristics. Examinations of 66 patients with peptic ulcers and of 17 normal subjects have demonstrated a high diagnostic value of the reduction of the elasticity range and of the effective viscosity of the native gastric mucus.
旋转粘度测定法是一种简单且易于重复的方法，已被用于研究胃黏液的流变学特性。对66例消化性溃疡患者和17名正常受试者的检查表明，天然胃黏液的弹性范围和有效粘度降低具有很高的诊断价值。
