The cases of two patients (a husband and wife) with thrombocytopenia syndrome (SFTS) are reported herein. Both patients had a history of recent tick bite and displayed typical clinical SFTS symptoms including fever, thrombocytopenia, and leukopenia. The diagnosis was laboratory-confirmed by the provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The husband died while the wife survived. SFTS virus was eventually identified in ticks collected from the couple.
本文报告了两例血小板减少综合征（SFTS）患者（一对夫妻）的病例。两名患者近期均有蜱虫叮咬史，并表现出典型的SFTS临床症状，包括发热、血小板减少和白细胞减少。诊断经省级疾病预防控制中心（CDC）实验室确认。丈夫死亡，妻子存活。最终在从这对夫妇身上采集的蜱虫中发现了SFTS病毒。
