Abstract
The case of a 17 years old female patient with fibrolamellar hepatocarcinoma and several paraneoplastic signs is reported. The clinical picture was hyperthyroidism like; subsequently metastasis lesions in lungs and muscular tissue (gluteal region) developed. Hyperthyroidism as clinical picture has been reported only once before us for the available literature reveals.
摘要
报告了一例17岁女性纤维板层样肝癌患者，伴有多种副肿瘤体征。临床表现类似甲状腺功能亢进；随后出现肺部和肌肉组织（臀区）转移病灶。据现有文献显示，在我们之前仅有一次报道过以甲状腺功能亢进为临床表现的病例。
