Abstract

The effect of dietary linoleic and alpha-linolenic acid was evaluated in 18 healthy females on LFDs. Polyunsaturated fatty acids had little effect on blood pressure, n-6 fatty acids decreased and n-3 fatty acids increased blood pressure.
