In experiments on rats it has been demonstrated that in the acute period of uninjured parts of the lungs periodic changes of protein, lipid and glucose concentrations developed. In uninjured parts of the lungs one can observe more concentration of lipids and in injured parts-more glucose. The changes of substrates, concentrations in the lungs are due to not only the changes of venous blood excess in the lungs, but are connected with metabolic changes in the cells of the injured and uninjured parts of the lungs. The metabolic changes in the lungs in the acute period of chest trauma influence the creation of such indices of gas exchange as PaCO2 and PACO2.
在对大鼠的实验中已证明,在肺部未受伤部分的急性期会出现蛋白质、脂质和葡萄糖浓度的周期性变化。在肺部未受伤部分可以观察到脂质浓度更高,而在受伤部分葡萄糖浓度更高。肺部底物浓度的变化不仅是由于肺部静脉血过量的变化,还与肺部受伤和未受伤部分细胞的代谢变化有关。胸部创伤急性期肺部的代谢变化会影响诸如PaCO2和PACO2等气体交换指标的产生。
