In this article, we aimed to review the computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) findings of cardiac hydatid disease.
Regarding the diagnostic work-up of cardiac hydatid disease, CT and MRI are complimentary techniques. Whereas CT effectively depicts wall calcifications, MRI reveals the exact anatomic location and nature of the internal and external structures and is the technique used for the early diagnosis, assessment, and follow-up of patients with cardiac hydatid disease.

关于心脏包虫病的诊断检查,CT和MRI是互补技术。CT能有效显示壁钙化,而MRI能揭示内部和外部结构的确切解剖位置及性质,是用于心脏包虫病患者早期诊断、评估和随访的技术。
