A case of Adult T-cell leukemia (ATL) with various skin eruptions is reported. This case was seropositive to ATL-associated antigen (ATLA). Discrete positive bands indicating the presence of ATLV proviral DNA were detected in the cellular DNA of skin tumors and peripheral lymphocytes. Electron microscopically, tumor cells contained large aggregations of virus-like particles in their cytoplasms, which appeared to be A particles and B particles.
报告了一例伴有多种皮肤疹的成人T细胞白血病（ATL）病例。该病例对ATL相关抗原（ATLA）呈血清阳性。在皮肤肿瘤和外周淋巴细胞的细胞DNA中检测到离散的阳性条带，表明存在ATLV前病毒DNA。电子显微镜检查显示，肿瘤细胞的细胞质中含有大量类病毒颗粒聚集物，看起来像是A颗粒和B颗粒。
