A complex assessment of the RASC system in patients with vibration disease of different stages of severity is presented. Early disorders of the thrombocytovascular chain of hemostasis have been established at the initial stage of the disease. When pathologic process grows worse, disorders of the coagulation chain are identified. Proceeding from the above studies it is shown that changes in the aggregate blood state are significant for microangiopathy pathogenesis in patients with vibration disease. Expediency of the use of antithrombocytic and vasoprotective preparations in complex treatment has been substantiated.
本文对不同严重程度阶段的振动病患者的RASC系统进行了综合评估。已确定在疾病初期存在止血的血小板血管链早期紊乱。当病理过程恶化时，可发现凝血链紊乱。基于上述研究表明，振动病患者血液总体状态的变化对微血管病发病机制具有重要意义。已证实了在综合治疗中使用抗血小板和血管保护制剂的合理性。
