The purpose of this study was to investigate the possibility of applying the hydroxyapatite dental implant to the jaw-bone with atrophic structure. The lower P3, P4 and the mesial root of M1 of 6 mongrel dogs were extracted. At 4 months, the trabeculae were taken out and porous hydroxyapatite granules were filled in the vacant spongiosa. At 8 months, hydroxyapatite dental implants were placed into this area. After 1 week and after 2 months, specimens were taken out and fixed by 10% formalin alcohol. They were embedded in polyester resin and undecalcified thin sections were prepared. The sections were stained with toluidine blue and observed under light microscopy.
本研究的目的是探讨将羟基磷灰石牙种植体应用于萎缩性颌骨结构的可能性。拔除6只杂种狗的下颌P3、P4及M1的近中根。4个月时,取出小梁,将多孔羟基磷灰石颗粒填充到空的海绵骨中。8个月时,将羟基磷灰石牙种植体植入该区域。1周和2个月后,取出标本并用10%甲醛酒精固定。将其嵌入聚酯树脂中并制备不脱钙薄片。切片用甲苯胺蓝染色并在光学显微镜下观察。
1)在颗粒之间观察到与周围海绵骨相比数量更多的骨组织。2)植入1周后,颗粒区域内种植体周围的分化相当缓慢。但在靠近海绵骨的颗粒区域,分化正常。3)植入2个月后,观察到新骨形成,其填充了种植空间并使种植体与颗粒间的骨结合。但在一些种植体表面,可见纤维结缔组织。这些结果表明,该方法能够充分改善颌骨结构以应用羟基磷灰石牙种植体。
