Proceeding from the reasons why the amount of multi-shift work has to be increased further, the tasks of works doctors and research work in the field of industrial medicine are pointed out in this paper. The evaluation of 200,000 medical fitness and follow-up examinations annually and the present results of research work give reasons for revising the examination category "shift workers" in the legal regulations of the medical fitness and follow-up examinations which are being revised as well as orienting and concentrating on certain main fields of research.
基于多班制工作量必须进一步增加的原因，本文指出了工厂医生的任务以及工业医学领域的研究工作。每年对20万例职业健康检查和随访检查的评估以及当前的研究工作成果，为修订正在修订的职业健康检查和随访检查法律法规中的“轮班工人”检查类别，并将研究方向集中在某些主要领域提供了依据。
