Report of two cases. The authors report two observations in what concern the diffused form of the Caroli's disease, one pure, the other mixed associating the congenital dilatation of the intra-hepatic bileducts with lesion of congenital hepatic fibrosis. They emphasize the efficiency of the echographia and computed tomography in diagnosing Caroli's disease. The surgical treatment of these diffused forms often complicated by acute recurrent cholangitis used with some success various methods of biliary drainage. But the radical treatment seems to be obliged to turn itself more likely toward liver transplantation.
两例病例报告。作者报告了两例关于卡洛里病弥漫型的观察病例，一例为单纯型，另一例为混合型，即肝内胆管先天性扩张合并先天性肝纤维化病变。他们强调了超声检查和计算机断层扫描在诊断卡洛里病方面的有效性。这些弥漫型病例的手术治疗常因急性复发性胆管炎而复杂化，采用了多种胆道引流方法并取得了一定成功。但根治性治疗似乎更倾向于肝移植。
