Abstract
African swine fever is an acute hemorrhagic disease of pigs. Extensive recent spread in the Russian Federation and Eastern Europe has increased the risk to global pig production. The virus is a large DNA virus and is the only member of the family. In pigs, the virus replicates predominantly in macrophages. We review how the virus overcomes the barriers to replication in the macrophage and the virus mechanism to inhibit key host defense pathways.

非洲猪瘟是猪的一种急性出血性疾病。近期在俄罗斯联邦和东欧的广泛传播增加了全球生猪生产面临的风险。该病毒是一种大型DNA病毒，是该病毒科的唯一成员。在猪体内，该病毒主要在巨噬细胞中复制。我们综述了该病毒如何克服在巨噬细胞中复制的障碍以及抑制宿主关键防御途径的病毒机制。
