Using ABC-ELISA developed for the determination of anti-AchR antibody, 113 blood samples from patients with MG, 100 from blood donors and 78 from patients with other autoimmune and muscle- related diseases were tested. The results showed that the positive rate of MG reached 87% (99 of 113), while none of the samples from blood donors and only 1 from SLE patients gave positive result. The neutralization test indicated that the assay was specific and the cow AchR could be used as a new antigen for antibody detection in human MG. Besides, the method was shown to be reproducible. Therefore, we consider that ABC-ELISA is a useful assay method for the study of MG. The possible reasons of the presence of anti-AchR negative phenomenon in MG are also discussed.
使用为检测抗乙酰胆碱受体（AchR）抗体而开发的ABC-ELISA方法，对113例重症肌无力（MG）患者的血样、100例献血者的血样以及78例患有其他自身免疫性和肌肉相关疾病患者的血样进行了检测。结果显示，MG患者的阳性率达87%（113例中有99例），而献血者的样本均为阴性，系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）患者的样本仅有1例呈阳性。中和试验表明该检测具有特异性，牛AchR可作为检测人类MG抗体的新抗原。此外，该方法具有可重复性。因此，我们认为ABC-ELISA是研究MG的一种有用的检测方法。文中还讨论了MG中存在抗AchR阴性现象的可能原因。
