328 bacterial strains were isolated from the surgical patients admitted to the Southwestern Hospital, and their drug sensitivities were tested. Among them, there were 158 strains of aerobic bacteria (47.9%), including 61 strains of E. coli, 21 strains of Proteus, 12 strains of P. aeruginosa, and 170 strains of anaerobic bacteria (52.1%), including 53 strains of B. melaninogenicus, 48 strains of B. fragilis, as well as 19 strains of bacteroides and 24 strains of Fusobacterium. Ceftazidime was highly effective against gram-negative bacteria, such as E. coli, P. aeruginosa, Serratia and Klebsiella. Metronidazole was effective against B. fragilis, Bacteroides and Fusobacterium. Combination of amikacin or gentamycin and metronidazole were more effective.
从西南医院收治的外科患者中分离出328株细菌,并对其进行药敏试验。其中,需氧菌158株(47.9%),包括大肠杆菌61株、变形杆菌21株、铜绿假单胞菌12株;厌氧菌170株(52.1%),包括产黑色素类杆菌53株、脆弱拟杆菌48株、类杆菌属19株和梭杆菌属24株。头孢他啶对革兰氏阴性菌如大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌、沙雷氏菌和克雷伯氏菌高度有效。甲硝唑对脆弱拟杆菌、类杆菌属和梭杆菌属有效。阿米卡星或庆大霉素与甲硝唑联合使用效果更佳。
