A task of distinguishing of functional states on the verge of norm and pathology is becoming more actual now. A possibility of functional organism state estimation is depicted. This estimation is achieved by three components: the level of vital functions, their functional reserve and the degree of regulatory system's tension. A structure of the system of mass prognostic population's examination is: proposed. This system consists of three steps: 1) estimation of adaptive potential and dynamic observation for health status; 2) prognostic examination with determination of functional organism's state and revealing of early and latent forms of diseases; 3) profound specialized examination with diagnostic aim.
区分处于正常与病理边缘的功能状态的任务如今变得愈发迫切。文中描述了评估机体功能状态的可能性。这种评估通过三个要素来实现：生命功能水平、其功能储备以及调节系统的紧张程度。提出了大规模预后人群检查系统的结构。该系统包括三个步骤：1）评估适应潜力并对健康状况进行动态观察；2）进行预后检查以确定机体功能状态并揭示疾病的早期和潜在形式；3）以诊断为目的进行深入的专业检查。
