Three new lupane-type triterpenoids (1-3), three new oleane-type triterpenoids (4-6), as well as two known compounds (7-8) were isolated from Euonymus carnosus. The structures of the compounds were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data analyses, including UV, IR, MS, and NMR experiments. The inhibitory on LPS-induced NO production in microglia BV2 cells of compounds 1-8 were also evaluated. Compounds 1 and 2 showed moderate abilities to inhibit NO production, with IC values of 5.99 and 8.47μM, respectively.
从肉花卫矛中分离得到三个新的羽扇豆烷型三萜(1-3)、三个新的齐墩果烷型三萜(4-6)以及两个已知化合物(7-8)。通过紫外光谱(UV)、红外光谱(IR)、质谱(MS)和核磁共振(NMR)等光谱数据分析确定了这些化合物的结构。同时评估了化合物1-8对小胶质细胞BV2细胞中脂多糖(LPS)诱导的一氧化氮(NO)产生的抑制作用。化合物1和2表现出中等程度的抑制NO产生的能力,其半数抑制浓度(IC)值分别为5.99和8.47μM。
