Four new C steroidal glycosides (1-4), named perisepiumosides FI (1-4) together with six known steroidal glycosides (5-10) and four oligosaccharides (11-14), were isolated from the root bark of Periploca sepium. Their structures were characterized on the basis of 1D and 2D-NMR spectroscopic data as well as HR-ESI-MS analysis. The evaluation of inhibition activity against human A-549 and HepG2 cell lines indicated that compounds 2, 8, 10 and 13 showed different levels of cytotoxic activities with IC values ranging from 0.61 to 7.86μM.
从杠柳根皮中分离得到4个新的C甾体苷(1-4),命名为杠柳皮苷FI(1-4),同时还得到6个已知甾体苷(5-10)和4个寡糖(11-14)。基于一维和二维核磁共振光谱数据以及高分辨电喷雾电离质谱分析对它们的结构进行了表征。对人A-549和HepG2细胞系的抑制活性评估表明,化合物2、8、10和13表现出不同程度的细胞毒活性,IC值范围为0.61至7.86μM。
