Abstract

The biological action of Y. pestis adenylate cyclase on peritoneal leukocytes of guinea pigs has been studied by means of chemiluminescence. Y. pestis adenylate cyclase is supposed to contribute to the "oxidation" explosion of phagocytes in plague.
