A mitochondria-targeting supramolecular photosensitizer system TPP-QAS/WP5/DTAB was constructed based on a host-guest inclusion complex. The supramolecular system could efficiently release and activate TPP-QASs in an acidic environment, which have been demonstrated to preferentially accumulate in mitochondria. Singlet oxygen (O) could be in situ generated in mitochondria under light irradiation, further enhancing the PDT efficacy.
基于主客体包合物构建了一种线粒体靶向超分子光敏剂体系TPP-QAS/WP5/DTAB。该超分子体系能够在酸性环境中高效释放并激活TPP-QASs,已证明这些物质优先在线粒体中积累。在光照下,单线态氧(O)可在线粒体中原位生成,进一步提高光动力治疗效果。
