This study reports the root endophytic microbial community profile in rice ( L.), the largest food crop of Asia, using 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing. Metagenome of OS01 and OS04 consisted of 11,17,900 sequences with 300 Mbp size and average 55.6% G + C content. Data of this study are available at NCBI Bioproject (PRJNA360379). The taxonomic analysis of 843 OTU's showed that the sequences belonged to four major phyla revealing dominance of Proteobacteria, Firmicutes, Cyanobacteria and Actinobacteria. Results reveal the dominance of as major endophytic genera in rice roots, probably playing a key role in Nitrogen fixation.
本研究利用16S rRNA基因扩增子测序技术,报告了亚洲最大粮食作物水稻(L.)根内生微生物群落概况。OS01和OS04的宏基因组由1117900个序列组成,大小为300 Mbp,平均G + C含量为55.6%。本研究的数据可在NCBI生物项目(PRJNA360379)中获取。对843个操作分类单元(OTU)的分类分析表明,这些序列属于四个主要门,其中变形菌门、厚壁菌门、蓝细菌门和放线菌门占主导地位。结果表明, 作为水稻根中的主要内生属占主导地位,可能在固氮中起关键作用。
