The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of chitinase and protease enzymes produced by environmentally safe soil Fungi; sp. NRC 4/5H; sp. NRC 5; sp. NRC 4/56; ; ; on embryo development of the camel tick eggs. The experiment was carried out on the 7 day aged eggs. Concentrations of the chitinase and protease crude enzymes [1:1, 1:2, 1:3, 1:4 and 1:5 (v/v)] were prepared from six stock solutions whose concentrations were 5 units/ml each. The prepared chitinase and protease enzymes produced by soil fungi were tested in vitro study for eradication of ticks. Ovicidal effect of the chitin concentrations of extracellular lytic enzymes (chitinase) produced by sp NRC 4/5H, sp. NRC 5, sp. NRC 4/56 were tested on eggs. The results showed that the ovicidal effect increased with increasing the chitin concentration in case of sp. NRC 5. The maximum inhibitory effect which ranged from 95.3 to 100 % was at concentrations ranging from 1:3 to 1:5 ml/ml, respectively. The results of protease enzymes produced by , and revealed that, it is highly effective in all concentrations on . eggs. It is indicated that the chitinase and protease enzymes produced by fungal species could be used for biological control of the camel tick infestation to avoid the use of carcinogenic chemical.
本研究的目的是评估环境安全的土壤真菌;sp. NRC 4/5H;sp. NRC 5;sp. NRC 4/56产生的几丁质酶和蛋白酶对骆驼蜱虫卵胚胎发育的影响。实验在7日龄的卵上进行。从六种浓度均为5单位/毫升的储备溶液中制备几丁质酶和蛋白酶粗酶的浓度[1:1、1:2、1:3、1:4和1:5(v/v)]。对土壤真菌产生的几丁质酶和蛋白酶进行体外灭蜱测试。测试了sp NRC 4/5H、sp. NRC 5、sp. NRC 4/56产生的细胞外裂解酶(几丁质酶)的几丁质浓度对蜱虫卵的杀卵效果。结果表明,在sp. NRC 5的情况下,杀卵效果随几丁质浓度的增加而增加。最大抑制效果在1:3至1:5毫升/毫升的浓度范围内,分别为95.3%至100%。sp. NRC 4/5H、sp. NRC 5和sp. NRC 4/56产生的蛋白酶对蜱虫卵的所有浓度都非常有效。结果表明,真菌产生的几丁质酶和蛋白酶可用于骆驼蜱虫害的生物防治,以避免使用致癌化学物质。
