An efficient and convenient synthesis of highly functionalized dihydropyrans has been achieved through rhodium(i)-catalysed tandem C(sp)-C(sp) bond cleavage and annulation of oxetanols with alkynes. An enantioselective version was enabled using a Binaphine ligand. Excellent site-selectivity and remarkable enantioretention are obtained for 2-substituted oxetanols.
通过铑(I)催化的氧杂环丁醇与炔烃的串联C(sp)-C(sp)键裂解和环化反应,实现了高效便捷地合成高度官能化的二氢吡喃。使用联萘酚配体实现了对映选择性版本。对于2-取代的氧杂环丁醇,获得了优异的位点选择性和显著的对映体保留率。
