Abstract

Mucoepidermoid carcinoma of the lung is a rare malignancy of salivary gland-type origin. We report a case of a 21-year-old man with a right mainstem bronchus mass composed predominantly of clear cells. This case represents a rare primary pulmonary low-grade mucoepidermoid carcinoma positive for rearrangement by fluorescence in situ hybridization with a prominent clear cell component.

摘要

肺黏液表皮样癌是一种罕见的起源于唾液腺型的恶性肿瘤。我们报告一例21岁男性患者，其右主支气管肿物主要由透明细胞组成。该病例代表了一例罕见的原发性肺低级别黏液表皮样癌，通过荧光原位杂交检测显示有重排阳性，且具有显著的透明细胞成分。
