To review the findings of the patients with Sjögren's syndrome (SS) having technetium99-m-pertechnetate (Tc-pertechnetate) and gallium67- citrate (Ga-67) salivary gland scintigraphy in the past eight years.
The patients with SS, who were referred to our department for salivary gland scintigraphy during January -2008December 2015 were studied using both Tc-pertechnetate and Ga-67 citrate scintigraphy.
Eighteen patients were included in the study, 17 of whom had positive findings on Tc-pertechnetate salivary gland scintigraphy. One patient had negative parotid glands findings on Tc-pertechnetate, but positive findings in Ga-67 study. Four patients had asymmetric involvement of the parotid glands, and one patient had asymmetric involvement of the submandibular glands in Tc-pertechnetate salivary gland scintigraphy. On the other hand, one patient had only submandibular gland involvement in the Tc-pertechnetate scan. Nine patients (18/9) had positive parotid gland findings on Ga-67 study. The involvements of the parotid glands were all symmetrical, except for one patient. No abnormal gallium uptake in the submandibular glands in our patients was noted.
Tc-pertechnetate salivary gland scintigraphy is sufficient for the assessment in the majority of patients with SS. Ga-67 scintigraphy may be a useful supplementary test, especially if the result of Tc-pertechnetate scintigraphy is not conclusive.
回顾过去八年中患有干燥综合征(SS)的患者进行锝99m-高锝酸盐(Tc-高锝酸盐)和镓67-柠檬酸盐(Ga-67)唾液腺闪烁显像的结果。
对2008年1月至2015年12月期间因唾液腺闪烁显像转诊至我科的SS患者,同时采用Tc-高锝酸盐和Ga-67柠檬酸盐闪烁显像进行研究。
18例患者纳入研究,其中17例Tc-高锝酸盐唾液腺闪烁显像结果为阳性。1例患者Tc-高锝酸盐检查腮腺结果为阴性,但Ga-67检查结果为阳性。4例患者Tc-高锝酸盐唾液腺闪烁显像显示腮腺不对称受累,1例患者下颌下腺不对称受累。另一方面,1例患者Tc-高锝酸盐扫描仅显示下颌下腺受累。9例(18/9)患者Ga-67检查腮腺结果为阳性。除1例患者外,腮腺受累均为对称性。我们的患者下颌下腺未发现异常镓摄取。
Tc-高锝酸盐唾液腺闪烁显像对大多数SS患者的评估已足够。Ga-67闪烁显像可能是一项有用的补充检查,特别是当Tc-高锝酸盐闪烁显像结果不明确时。
