Green monkey spleen continuous cell line 455 has been identified by karyologic analysis, by isoenzyme characteristics and electron microscopy. It has been shown that the line 455 consists of green monkey cells; it is not contaminated by other cells from the green monkey, or by other animal or human cells.
绿猴脾脏连续细胞系455已通过染色体分析、同工酶特性和电子显微镜鉴定。结果表明，455细胞系由绿猴细胞组成；未被来自绿猴的其他细胞或其他动物或人类细胞污染。
