Abstract
Three dispersion amalgams were tested in vitro. Spherical-D and Dialloy showed very similar effects on the cells as did the Spherical and fine cut amalgams. The other disperison amalgam, Dispersalloy, had intense and persistent cytotoxicity even 24 hours after trituration. Difference of the results was presumed to result from different alloy composition.

对三种分散型汞合金进行了体外测试。球形-D汞合金和迪合金对细胞的影响与球形汞合金和细切汞合金非常相似。另一种分散型汞合金，Dispersalloy，即使在研磨后24小时仍具有强烈且持久的细胞毒性。结果的差异推测是由不同的合金成分导致的。
