Abstract

Three new compounds, a sesquilignan (1) and two glucosylated phenylpropanoids (2, 3), and seven known compounds (4-10), were isolated from the fruits of Illicium verum HOOK. FIL. (Illiciaceae). The structures of 1-3 were determined based on one and two dimensional (1D- and 2D-) NMR data and electronic circular dichroism (ECD) spectra analyses. Compounds 3, 5, 6, and 8-10 exhibited potent inhibitory activities against topoisomerase II with IC values of 54.6, 25.5, 17.9, 12.1, 0.3 and 1.0 µM, respectively, compared to etoposide, the positive control, with an IC of 43.8 µM.

从八角茴香(八角科)的果实中分离出三种新化合物,一种倍半木脂素(1)和两种糖基化苯丙素类化合物(2, 3),以及七种已知化合物(4 - 10)。基于一维和二维(1D - 和2D -)核磁共振数据以及电子圆二色光谱(ECD)分析确定了1 - 3的结构。与阳性对照依托泊苷(IC为43.8 μM)相比,化合物3、5、6以及8 - 10对拓扑异构酶II表现出强效抑制活性,IC值分别为54.6、25.5、17.9、12.1、0.3和1.0 μM。
