Abstract
This paper reports the first draft genome sequence for a strain of obtained from an immunocompetent patient with a knee infection. The 8.2-Mb genome has 8,329 coding sequences, including intrinsic resistance genes, biosynthetic gene clusters for polyketide synthase and nonribosomal peptide synthase, virulence genes, and prophages.

本文报道了从一名患有膝盖感染的免疫功能正常患者身上分离出的一株[具体菌株名称未给出]的基因组序列草图。该8.2兆碱基的基因组含有8329个编码序列，包括内在抗性基因、聚酮合酶和非核糖体肽合成酶的生物合成基因簇、毒力基因以及前噬菌体。
