Here, we present the draft genome sequences of the Dugway 7D77-80 and Dugway 7E65-68 strains, which were isolated from rodents in Dugway, UT, in the 1950s. The strains reside in a distinct genomic group of and are considered avirulent despite having the largest genomes of the genus.
