A Gram-positive, non-motile, rod-shaped aerobic bacterial strain FLL521 was isolated from iron mine soil. Phylogenetic trees based on 16S rRNA gene sequences showed that strain FLL521 belonged to genus Nocardioides in family Nocardioidaceae, with the highest sequence identity to Nocardioides panacisoli GSoil 346 (96.3 %). The DNA G+C content of strain FLL521 was 70.3 mol%. The cell-wall peptidoglycan type was ll-2,6-diaminopimelic acid. The major respiratory quinone was MK-8(H4), and the predominant fatty acids (>5 %) were iso-C16 : 0, C18 : 1ω9c and C17 : 1ω8c. The polar lipids of strain FLL521 were phosphatidylglycerol, diphosphatidylglycerol, phosphatidylinositol and three unidentified phospholipids. Strain FLL521 showed physiological and biochemical differences with the related strains in the Voges-Proskauer test, hydrolysis of l-arginine, utilization of d-mannose, inositol, phenylalanine and acid production from l-arabinose. Based on the phenotypic, genotypic and phylogenetic analyses, strain FLL521 represents a novel species of Nocardioides, for which the name Nocardioides immobilis sp. nov. is proposed. The type strain is FLL521 (=KCTC 39931=CCTCC AB 2017083).
从铁矿土壤中分离出一株革兰氏阳性、无运动性、杆状的需氧细菌菌株FLL521。基于16S rRNA基因序列构建的系统发育树表明,菌株FLL521属于诺卡氏菌科诺卡氏菌属,与土壤诺卡氏菌GSoil 346的序列同一性最高(96.3%)。菌株FLL521的DNA G+C含量为70.3 mol%。细胞壁肽聚糖类型为ll-2,6-二氨基庚二酸。主要呼吸醌为MK-8(H4),主要脂肪酸(>5%)为异C16:0、C18:1ω9c和C17:1ω8c。菌株FLL521的极性脂为磷脂酰甘油、二磷脂酰甘油、磷脂酰肌醇和三种未鉴定的磷脂。菌株FLL521在Voges-Proskauer试验、L-精氨酸水解、D-甘露糖利用、肌醇利用、苯丙氨酸利用以及L-阿拉伯糖产酸方面与相关菌株表现出生理生化差异。基于表型、基因型和系统发育分析,菌株FLL521代表诺卡氏菌属的一个新物种,为此提出名为不动诺卡氏菌(Nocardioides immobilis sp. nov.)的名称。模式菌株为FLL521(=KCTC 39931=CCTCC AB 2017083)。
