Abstract

The draft genome sequence of a methicillin-resistant (MRSA) sequence type 39 (ST 39) isolate obtained from the dried ribbonfish of Gujarat, India, is reported here. -specific genes were present in this MRSA isolate. The whole-genome sequence of this strain contains 2,693 protein-coding genes and 70 RNAs within the 2.82-Mb genome.

本文报道了从印度古吉拉特邦的干带鱼中分离出的一株耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)序列类型39(ST39)菌株的基因组序列草图。该MRSA分离株中存在特定基因。该菌株的全基因组序列在2.82 Mb的基因组内包含2693个蛋白质编码基因和70个RNA。
