In this study, we investigated the mediating effect of social support on the relationship between parenting stress and life satisfaction in Chinese mothers of children with cerebral palsy ( = 369). The results showed that family support and friend support, but not significant-other support, had mediating effects on the relationship between parenting stress and life satisfaction. Moreover, the mediating effect of friend support was equal to family support. These results suggest that the focus should be on reducing parenting stress and increasing support from family and friends to help improve life satisfaction in mothers of children with cerebral palsy.
本研究调查了社会支持在脑瘫患儿中国母亲的养育压力与生活满意度之间的中介作用（ = 369）。结果表明，家庭支持和朋友支持，而不是重要他人支持，在养育压力与生活满意度之间具有中介作用。此外，朋友支持的中介作用与家庭支持相当。这些结果表明，应该重点减少养育压力，并增加来自家庭和朋友的支持，以帮助提高脑瘫患儿母亲的生活满意度。
