Abstract

Efficient synthesis of phenanthridin-6(5)-one derivatives - in a four-component reaction of aldehyde hydrazone, aromatic aldehydes and malononitrile in Q-Tubes is reported. The results showed that the methodology has the advantage of being a one-pot synthesis of tricyclic systems in good yields. Potential routes leading to formation of compounds are discussed. The structures of the synthesized compounds could be unequivocally established via X-ray crystal structure determination and spectroscopic methods.

报道了在 Q-管中醛腙、芳香醛和丙二腈的四组分反应中高效合成菲啶-6(5)-酮衍生物。结果表明,该方法具有一锅法合成三环体系、产率高的优点。讨论了形成化合物的可能途径。通过 X 射线晶体结构测定和光谱方法可以明确确定所合成化合物的结构。
