One new and three known compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of Psychotria prainii aerial parts. By means of spectroscopic methods, their structures were elucidated to be deacetylasperulosidic acid 6-ethyl ether (1), asperulosidic acid (2), asperuloside (3) and obtucarbamates C (4). The isolated compounds were evaluated for their inhibitory effect on NO production in LPS-stimulated RAW264.7 cells. Among them, compounds 2 and 4 exhibited strong effect with the IC values of 5.75 ± 0.85 and 6.92 ± 0.43 μM, respectively. This is the first report for the chemical composition and biological activity of P. prainii.
从石上蜈蚣地上部分的乙醇提取物中分离得到了1个新化合物和3个已知化合物。通过光谱方法,确定它们的结构分别为去乙酰车叶草苷酸6-乙醚(1)、车叶草苷酸(2)、车叶草苷(3)和奥图卡巴酯C(4)。对分离得到的化合物进行了评估,考察其对脂多糖刺激的RAW264.7细胞中一氧化氮产生的抑制作用。其中,化合物2和4表现出较强的抑制作用,IC值分别为5.75±0.85和6.92±0.43μM。这是关于石上蜈蚣化学成分和生物活性的首次报道。
