Abstract

A new limonoid, pentandricine (1), along with three known limonoids, ceramicine B (2), 6-de(acetyloxy)-23-oxochisocheton (3), 6-de(acetyloxy)-23-oxo-7-O-deacetylchisocheton (4), have been isolated from the stembark of Chisocheton pentandrus. The chemical structures of the new compound were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic evidence. All of the compounds were tested for their cytotoxic effects against MCF-7 breast cancer cells. Compounds 1-4 showed weak and no cytotoxicity against MCF-7 breast cancer cells with IC values of 369.84, 150.86, 208.93 and 120.09 μM, respectively.

从五蕊肖榄的茎皮中分离出一种新的柠檬苦素——五蕊苦素(1),以及三种已知的柠檬苦素——陶苦素B(2)、6 - 去(乙酰氧基)- 23 - 氧代肖榄酮(3)、6 - 去(乙酰氧基)- 23 - 氧代 - 7 - O - 去乙酰肖榄酮(4)。基于光谱证据阐明了新化合物的化学结构。测试了所有化合物对MCF - 7乳腺癌细胞的细胞毒性作用。化合物1 - 4对MCF - 7乳腺癌细胞显示出较弱的细胞毒性或无细胞毒性,其IC值分别为369.84、150.86、208.93和120.09 μM。
