Abstract

Geranyl acetate was oxidized thermally and photochemically using (cpba, HO) respectively to obtain (E)-5-(3, 3-dimethyloxiran-2-yl)-3-methylpent-2-enyl acetate and 3-(2-(3, 3-dimethyloxiran-2-yl) ethyl)-3-methyloxiran-2-yl) methyl acetate . On the other hand, photooxygenation of with tetraphenyl porphin (TPP) as a photo sensitizer gave corresponding acitic acid 2,6-bis-hydroperoxy-7-methyl-3-methylene-oct-7-enyl-ester , acitic acid 7-hydroperoxy-3,7-dimethyl-octa-2,5-dienyl ester and Acitic acid 3-hydroperoxy-7-methyl-3,7-dimethyl-octa-1,6-dienyl ester . Antifungal studies were carried out on geranyl acetate and its derivatives. Studies on the antifungal activity especially , and showed that geranyl acetate, its epoxide and hydroperoxide derivatives have good antifungal action.

分别使用(间氯过氧苯甲酸、HO)对乙酸香叶酯进行热氧化和光化学氧化,得到(E)-5-(3,3-二甲基环氧乙烷-2-基)-3-甲基戊-2-烯基乙酸酯和3-(2-(3,3-二甲基环氧乙烷-2-基)乙基)-3-甲基环氧乙烷-2-基)甲基乙酸酯。另一方面,以四苯基卟啉(TPP)作为光敏剂对其进行光氧化,得到相应的2,6-双氢过氧-7-甲基-3-亚甲基-辛-7-烯基酯、7-氢过氧-3,7-二甲基-辛-2,5-二烯基酯和3-氢过氧-7-甲基-3,7-二甲基-辛-1,6-二烯基酯。对乙酸香叶酯及其衍生物进行了抗真菌研究。特别是对其抗真菌活性的研究表明,乙酸香叶酯及其环氧化物和氢过氧化物衍生物具有良好的抗真菌作用。
