This study aims to evaluate the executive function and learning attention in children with internet addiction (IA).
Children aged 10-12 were screened by Chinese Internet Addiction Scale to compose the IA group and internet nonaddiction group. Their executive functions were evaluated by Stroop color and word test, Wisconsin card sorting test, and Wechsler digit span test. Learning attention was evaluated by Chinese concentration questionnaire.
Executive function and learning attention were lower in the IA group than in the internet nonaddiction group.
Executive function and learning attention are compromised by IA in children. Early interventions into the IA should be planned to maintain the normal development of executive function and learning attention in childhood.
本研究旨在评估网络成瘾(IA)儿童的执行功能和学习注意力。
采用中文网络成瘾量表对10 - 12岁儿童进行筛查,组成网络成瘾组和非网络成瘾组。通过斯特鲁普颜色和文字测验、威斯康星卡片分类测验以及韦氏数字广度测验评估其执行功能。通过中文注意力问卷评估学习注意力。
网络成瘾组的执行功能和学习注意力低于非网络成瘾组。
网络成瘾会损害儿童的执行功能和学习注意力。应计划对网络成瘾进行早期干预,以维持儿童期执行功能和学习注意力的正常发展。
