A Gram-stain negative, strictly aerobic and non-motile bacterium, designated strain BN130233, was isolated from a soil sample collected from Gyeongsangbuk-do, Republic of Korea. Colonies were orange in colour, with wet and smooth surfaces. Phylogenetic analyses based on the 16S rRNA gene sequences resulted in strain BN130233 forming a cluster with members of the family Chitinophagaceae Kämpfer et al. 2011, while sharing the highest sequence identity of 91.2 % with Chitinophaga niastensis JS16-4. Good growth was observed at 20-28 °C, pH 7.0 and in the absence of NaCl. The major fatty acids were summed feature 3 (C16 : 1ω6c and/or C16 : 1ω7c), iso-C15 : 1 G, iso-C15 : 0 and iso-C17 : 0 3-OH. The respiratory quinone was MK-7. Major polar lipids contained phosphatidylethanolamine, an unidentified phospholipid, three unidentified aminolipids and eight unidentified lipids. The genomic DNA G+C content was 40.6 mol%. Phenotypic and chemotaxonomic characteristics together with 16S rRNA gene sequence analyses showed that strain BN130233 was distinct from its close phylogenetic relatives in the family ChitinophagaceaeKämpfer et al. 2011. The strain is, therefore, proposed as a representative of a new genus and new species with the name Aurantisolimonas haloimpatiens. The type strain of Aurantisolimonas haloimpatiens is BN130233 (=CCTCC AB 2017051=KCTC 42642).
从韩国庆尚北道采集的土壤样本中分离出一株革兰氏染色阴性、严格需氧且不运动的细菌,命名为菌株BN130233。菌落呈橙色,表面湿润光滑。基于16S rRNA基因序列的系统发育分析结果显示,菌株BN130233与噬几丁质菌科(Kämpfer等人,2011年)的成员形成一个聚类,与尼亚斯噬几丁质菌JS16 - 4的序列同一性最高,为91.2%。在20 - 28°C、pH 7.0且无氯化钠的条件下观察到良好生长。主要脂肪酸为总和特征3(C16 : 1ω6c和/或C16 : 1ω7c)、异C15 : 1 G、异C15 : 0和异C17 : 0 3 - OH。呼吸醌为MK - 7。主要极性脂质包含磷脂酰乙醇胺、一种未鉴定的磷脂、三种未鉴定的氨基脂质和八种未鉴定的脂质。基因组DNA G + C含量为40.6 mol%。表型和化学分类学特征以及16S rRNA基因序列分析表明,菌株BN130233与其在噬几丁质菌科(Kämpfer等人,2011年)中的近缘系统发育亲属不同。因此,该菌株被提议作为一个新属和新物种的代表,命名为卤化凤仙花橙黄土壤单胞菌。卤化凤仙花橙黄土壤单胞菌的模式菌株为BN130233(=CCTCC AB 2017051=KCTC 42642)。
