Abstract
A 10 1/2-year-old girl with Haemophilus-meningitis was found to have hypogammaglobulinemia. Further immunologic evaluation revealed common variable immunodeficiency. Patients suffering from severe or recurrent infections should always be suspected to have immunodeficiency disease.
