To investigate the anxiety levels of the nursing students who are caring for the patients in the terminal period and to determine whether there is a difference between 3, 4 grade in this direction.
A 40-item "State and Trait Anxiety Scale" was used together with the questionnaire on "Determining the Level of Anxiety Levels of Nursing Students Caring for the Patient at the Terminal Period" for determining the data.
The mean scores and standard deviations of all students from the state and trait anxiety scales were respectively 41.95±5.06, 48.15±5.44. Averages of 3 state anxiety scale score was 42.03 ± 5.26, trait anxiety scale averages were 48.08 ± 5.59; Averages of 4 state anxiety scale score was 41.85 ± 4.83, trait anxiety scale averages were 48.24 ± 5.30.
In our study, it was found that there wasn't significant difference between the 3, 4 grade students related to ill patient care in terms of high level of state and trait anxiety during communication and patient care. The state and trait anxiety scores of the students in both grades were found to be higher than the average scores of the scale's previous applications.
调查护理末期患者的护生焦虑水平,并确定三、四年级学生在此方面是否存在差异。
使用一份包含40个条目的“状态-特质焦虑量表”,并结合“确定护理末期患者的护生焦虑水平问卷”来收集数据。
所有学生在状态焦虑量表和特质焦虑量表上的平均得分及标准差分别为41.95±5.06、48.15±5.44。三年级学生状态焦虑量表平均分为42.03±5.26,特质焦虑量表平均分为48.08±5.59;四年级学生状态焦虑量表平均分为41.85±4.83,特质焦虑量表平均分为48.24±5.30。
在我们的研究中,发现三、四年级学生在照顾末期患者方面,在沟通和护理患者时,状态焦虑和特质焦虑水平较高方面不存在显著差异。两个年级学生的状态焦虑和特质焦虑得分均高于该量表以往应用的平均得分。
