strain GD6 (=CSUR P892 = DSMZ 45751) is the new type strain collected from the stool of a 69-year-old Frenchman admitted to an intensive care unit and receiving a 10-day course of imipenem at the time of stool collection. This is a Gram-positive, facultative anaerobic, rod-shaped bacterium. We describe here the features of this organism, together with its complete genome sequence and annotation. The genome size is 6 719 043 bp with 49.6% G+C content and contains 6211 protein-coding and 65 sRNA genes, including four 5S rRNA genes, one 16S rRNA gene and one 23S rRNA gene.
菌株GD6（=CSUR P892 = DSMZ 45751）是从一名69岁法国男性粪便中分离得到的新型菌株，该患者因入住重症监护病房，在粪便采集时正在接受为期10天的亚胺培南治疗。这是一种革兰氏阳性、兼性厌氧、杆状细菌。我们在此描述该菌株的特征，以及其完整的基因组序列和注释。基因组大小为6719043 bp，G+C含量为49.6%，包含6211个蛋白质编码基因和65个sRNA基因，其中包括4个5S rRNA基因、1个16S rRNA基因和1个23S rRNA基因。
