To investigate the relationship between different subtypes of human papillomavirus(HPV) infection and clinical features in juvenile onset recurrent respiratory papillomatosis(JORRP) patients. Two hundred and forty cases with JORRP from 2010 to 2014 were retrospectively analyzed. HPV tpye were determined using tumor specimens taken from surgery, and all patients were divided into different groups based on HPV type. Clinical characteristics of patients from each groups were analyzed. Except for HPV11 single infection or HPV6 single infection, some HPV11 and 6 co-infections were found in children with JORRP. Compared with patients with HPV6 single infection, HPV11 positive patients present an earlier age of onset, more times of operation and higher derkay score during surgery.JORRP in patients infected with HPV11 is more severe than that in patients with HPV6 infection in children.
探讨青少年复发性呼吸道乳头状瘤病（JORRP）患者中不同亚型人乳头瘤病毒（HPV）感染与临床特征之间的关系。回顾性分析了2010年至2014年的240例JORRP病例。使用手术获取的肿瘤标本确定HPV类型，并根据HPV类型将所有患者分为不同组。分析了每组患者的临床特征。除HPV11单一感染或HPV6单一感染外，在JORRP患儿中还发现了一些HPV11和6的共同感染。与HPV6单一感染患者相比，HPV11阳性患者发病年龄更早，手术次数更多，手术期间Derkay评分更高。儿童中感染HPV11的患者的JORRP比感染HPV6的患者更严重。
