Nine new isoquinoline alkaloids, including two proaporphine (1-2), three aporphine (3-5), two oxoaporphine (6-7), and two seco-bisbenzylisoquinoline (8-9), together with three known alkaloids (10-12) were isolated from the whole plant of Thalictrum wangii. Their structures were established on the basis of spectroscopic data. The antitumor activities of the isolated compounds were evaluated in vitro against glioma stem cells. Compounds 3-8 showed the cytotoxicity with IC values 15-20 μg/mL.
从獐牙菜属植物王獐牙菜全草中分离得到 9 个新的异喹啉生物碱,包括 2 个原阿朴啡型(1-2)、3 个阿朴啡型(3-5)、2 个氧化阿朴啡型(6-7)和 2 个二苯甲基异喹啉型(8-9),以及 3 个已知生物碱(10-12)。基于光谱数据确定了它们的结构。对分离得到的化合物进行了体外抗神经胶质瘤干细胞活性评价,结果显示化合物 3-8 具有细胞毒性,IC 值为 15-20μg/mL。
