Abstract

An efficient one pot method for the synthesis of α-alkoxymethylphosphonium iodides is developed by using PPh/I combination at room temperature. Reaction conditions are found general to synthesize wide range of structurally variant alkoxymethylphosphonium iodides in high yield (70-91%). These new functionalized phosphonium salts are further used in stereoselective synthesis of vinyl ethers as well as in carbon homologation of aldehydes.

通过在室温下使用三苯基膦/碘的组合,开发了一种高效的一锅法合成α-烷氧基甲基碘化鏻。发现反应条件具有通用性,能够以高收率(70-91%)合成多种结构不同的烷氧基甲基碘化鏻。这些新型功能化鏻盐进一步用于乙烯基醚的立体选择性合成以及醛的碳同系化反应。
