Abstract

Phage Cr39582 was induced by mitomycin C from sp. strain Cr6751, isolated from a marine invertebrate gut. phage Cr39582 has 85% pairwise nucleotide identity with phage PM2 but lacks sequence homology in the spike protein. This report supports previous bioinformatic identification of corticoviral sequences within aquatic bacterial genomes.

噬菌体Cr39582由丝裂霉素C从分离自海洋无脊椎动物肠道的sp. 菌株Cr6751中诱导产生。噬菌体Cr39582与噬菌体PM2有85%的成对核苷酸同一性,但在刺突蛋白中缺乏序列同源性。本报告支持先前对水生细菌基因组中皮质病毒序列的生物信息学鉴定。
