Abstract

OBJECTIVE

To investigate the chemical components of Ophioglossum thermale,one of the original species of Chinese medicine "Yizhijian".

METHODS

The air-dried whole plant material of Ophioglossum thermale was extracted by thermal reflux with 95%Et OH,then separated and purified by joint utilization of various chromatography techniques including macroporous resin,silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and HPLC. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic methods.

RESULTS

Six flavonoids were isolated and identified as 3-O-methylquercetin( 1),ophioglonol( 2),3-O-methylquercetin 7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside( 3),3-O-methylquercetin 7-O-β-D-glucopyraosyl-4’-O-β-D-glucopyranoside( 4),kaempferol 3-O-( 6-O-caffeoyl)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-( 1 →2)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside( 5) and quercetin 3-O-( 6-O-caffeoyl)-β-D-glucopyranosyl( 1→2)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside( 6).

CONCLUSION

Compounds 2 ~ 6 are isolated from this plant for the first time,compounds 5 and 6are firstly isolated from Ophioglossaceae family.

目的

研究中药“一支箭”原植物之一蛇足石杉的化学成分。

方法

采用95%乙醇热回流提取蛇足石杉干燥全草,通过大孔树脂、硅胶、葡聚糖凝胶LH - 20柱色谱及高效液相色谱等多种色谱技术联合进行分离纯化。基于光谱方法对其结构进行鉴定。

结果

分离鉴定出6个黄酮类化合物,分别为3 - O - 甲基槲皮素(1)、蛇足石杉醇(2)、3 - O - 甲基槲皮素7 - O - β - D - 葡萄糖苷(3)、3 - O - 甲基槲皮素7 - O - β - D - 葡萄糖基 - 4′ - O - β - D - 葡萄糖苷(4)、山柰酚3 - O -(6 - O - 咖啡酰)- β - D - 葡萄糖基 -(1→2)- α - L - 鼠李糖苷 - 7 - O - α - L - 鼠李糖苷(5)和槲皮素3 - O -(6 - O - 咖啡酰)- β - D - 葡萄糖基(1→2)- α - L - 鼠李糖苷 - 7 - O - α - L - 鼠李糖苷(6)。

结论

化合物2~6为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物5和6为首次从石杉科植物中分离得到。
