Abstract

A simple, rapid and cost-efficient method for determination of activity concentration of Sr in biological samples with an extraction chromatographic column (crown ether on teflon powder) and following counted by liquid scintillation counting was developed in this paper. The column retained most of Sr while almost all of matrix ions were removed during rinsing steps with 8M nitric acid and finally Sr was eluted with deionized water, the chemical recovery of strontium is greater than 60%, almost all of matrix ions were removed by the procedure we reported. Finally the uncertainty was evaluated and minimum detectable activity of this method is 1.28Bq/kg.

本文提出了一种用萃取色层柱(聚四氟乙烯粉上的冠醚)分离并通过液体闪烁计数测定生物样品中锶放射性活度浓度的简单、快速、经济的方法。该方法用 8M 硝酸淋洗,保留了大部分锶,而基体离子几乎全部被去除,最后用去离子水将锶洗脱,锶的化学回收率大于 60%,通过我们报道的方法几乎可以去除所有的基体离子。最后对不确定度进行了评估,该方法的最低可探测活度为 1.28Bq/kg。
