Abstract

Two typical red soils were sequentially cultivated with celery (Apium graveolens L.) and Chinese cabbage (Brassica chinensis L.) in a greenhouse to determine the effect of lead (Pb) on plant availability of phosphorus (P) and potassium (K) in the soils. The concentrations of available P as estimated by the 0.05 mol L HCl-0.025 mol L (1/2 HSO) extraction and available K estimated by the NHOAc extraction method in the crop-free soils were not affected by Pb treatment. Plant P concentrations in the above-ground part of celery and Chinese cabbage exposed to Pb were either lower or showed no significant difference to the control.

两种典型的红壤在温室中先后种植芹菜(Apium graveolens L.)和白菜(Brassica chinensis L.),以确定铅(Pb)对土壤中磷(P)和钾(K)植物有效性的影响。用 0.05 mol/L HCl-0.025 mol/L(1/2 HSO)提取法估计的有效 P 浓度和用 NHOAc 提取法估计的有效 K 浓度在无作物土壤中不受 Pb 处理的影响。暴露于 Pb 的芹菜和白菜地上部分的植物 P 浓度与对照相比要么更低,要么没有显著差异。
