Three new labdane-type diterpenoids, callicapene M3-M5 () were isolated from the Vahl. Their structures were identified by spectroscopic method. The isolated compounds were evaluated for inhibitory activity on NO production in LPS-activated RAW 264.7 macrophage cells by using MTT assays. Compounds - showed potent inhibitory activity, with IC value of 48.15, 46.31 and 38.72 μM respectively.
从 Vahl 中分离得到三个新的角鲨烷型二萜类化合物 callicapene M3-M5 ()。通过光谱法鉴定了它们的结构。用 MTT 法评价了分离得到的化合物对 LPS 激活的 RAW 264.7 巨噬细胞细胞中 NO 产生的抑制活性。化合物 - 表现出很强的抑制活性，IC 值分别为 48.15、46.31 和 38.72 μM。
