Abstract

A Gram-stain-negative, heterotrophic, facultative anaerobic, gliding and motile bacterium, approximately 0.6-0.9 µm wide and 1.5-2.6 µm long, designated F3105, was isolated from a marine sediment sample collected along the coast of Rongcheng, China . The growth of strain F3105 occurred on media with 1.0-8.0 % (w/v) NaCl (optimum, 2.0-3.0 %) and a pH of 6.5-9.5 (optimum, pH 7.5) at 4-45 °C (optimum, 37 °C). The phylogenetic analysis of the 16S rRNA gene and chemotaxonomic data revealed that the isolate belonged to the genus Aliidiomarina, and is closely related to Aliidiomarina shirensis (95.9 % sequence similarity). The sole isoprenoid quinone was Q-8. The major cellular fatty acids of the isolate were iso-C15 : 0, iso-C17 : 1ω9c and iso-C17 : 0, and its polar lipids consisted of phosphatidylethanolamine, phosphatidylglycerol, diphosphatidylglycerol, aminolipid, two unidentified lipids and two unidentified aminophospholipids. The DNA G+C content of strain F3105 was 49.5 mol%. On the basis of phenotypic distinctiveness and phylogenetic divergence, strain F3105 is considered to represent a novel species of the genus Aliidiomarina, for which the name Aliidiomarinaceleris sp. nov. is proposed. The type strain is F3105 (=MCCC 1H00223=KCTC 52891).

从中国荣成沿海采集的海洋沉积物样本中分离出一株革兰氏染色阴性、异养、兼性厌氧、滑行且具运动性的细菌,其宽度约为0.6 - 0.9微米,长度为1.5 - 2.6微米,命名为F3105。菌株F3105在含1.0 - 8.0%(w/v)NaCl(最适浓度为2.0 - 3.0%)、pH值为6.5 - 9.5(最适pH值为7.5)的培养基上,于4 - 45°C(最适温度为37°C)条件下生长。对16S rRNA基因的系统发育分析和化学分类数据表明,该分离株属于Aliidiomarina属,与Aliidiomarina shirensis密切相关(序列相似性为95.9%)。唯一的类异戊二烯醌为Q - 8。该分离株的主要细胞脂肪酸为异C15:0、异C17:1ω9c和异C17:0,其极性脂质由磷脂酰乙醇胺、磷脂酰甘油、二磷脂酰甘油、氨基脂质、两种未鉴定的脂质和两种未鉴定的氨基磷脂组成。菌株F3105的DNA G + C含量为49.5 mol%。基于表型差异和系统发育分歧,菌株F3105被认为代表Aliidiomarina属的一个新物种,为此提出名为Aliidiomarina celeris sp. nov.的新物种。模式菌株为F3105(= MCCC 1H00223 = KCTC 52891)。
